Quick start快速开始

  1. Open Meetloom → Settings → Permissions and grant Microphone and Screen Recording.
  2. In Settings → Recording, choose input mode (Dual-track recommended for online meetings).
  3. Start recording from the menu bar or main window.
  4. Stop when done. If auto-transcribe is on, check your export folder for the TXT file shortly after.
  1. 打开 Meetloom,进入 设置 → 权限,授权麦克风与屏幕录制。
  2. 设置 → 录音 中选择录制来源(推荐「双轨」用于在线会议)。
  3. 点击菜单栏图标或主窗口中的开始按钮进行录音。
  4. 会议结束后停止录音;若开启自动转写,稍等片刻即可在导出文件夹查看 TXT。

FAQ常见问题

Why does Meetloom need Screen Recording permission?
macOS requires Screen Recording permission to capture system playback audio (remote meeting audio). Meetloom uses it for audio only — it does not record or upload your screen.
Is audio uploaded to the cloud?
No. Recording and transcription stay on your Mac. See our Privacy Policy.
Where are transcripts saved?
By default in Downloads, or a custom folder you set in Settings. WAV and TXT are exported together.
What do Local / Remote labels mean?
In dual-track mode, mic speech is labeled Local and system audio Remote. This is source labeling, not same-track speaker diarization.
Recording or transcription failed — what should I try?
Check: ① permissions granted; ② enough disk space; ③ for dual-track, system audio is not completely silent. If it still fails, email us with your macOS version and steps to reproduce.

为什么需要「屏幕录制」权限?
在 macOS 上采集系统播放的声音(会议远端音频)需要屏幕录制权限。 Meetloom 仅用于音频采集,不会录制或上传你的屏幕画面。
音频会上传到云端吗?
不会。录音与转写均在你的 Mac 本地完成。详见 隐私政策
转写结果保存在哪里?
默认保存在「下载」文件夹,也可在设置中指定自定义目录。 同时会导出 WAV 音频与 TXT 逐字稿。
「本地 / 远端」是什么意思?
双轨模式下,来自麦克风的发言标注为「本地」,来自系统声音的发言标注为「远端」。 这是来源区分,不是同轨多人声纹识别。
录音失败或无法转写怎么办?
请确认:① 相关权限已授权;② 磁盘空间充足;③ 若为双轨模式,系统声音轨非完全静音。 仍无法解决时,请邮件联系我们并附上 macOS 版本与问题描述。
