Data we process我们处理的数据
To provide core features, the App processes the following on your device:
为提供核心功能，本应用会在你的设备上处理以下数据：
- Audio: From your microphone, system playback, or both (depending on your settings).
- Transcripts: Meeting text generated locally by on-device speech recognition.
- App settings: Such as input mode, save location, and language — stored in local preferences.
- Session files: WAV files and session metadata in the App sandbox and App Group container for transcription and export.
- 音频数据：来自麦克风、系统播放声音，或两者同时采集（取决于你的设置）。
- 转写文本：由设备端语音识别引擎在本地生成的会议逐字稿。
- 应用设置：如录制来源、保存位置、转写语言等，存储在本机偏好设置中。
- 会话文件：录音过程中的 WAV 文件、会话元数据等，存储在 App 沙盒及 App Group 容器内，用于完成转写与导出。
This data is not remotely collected, stored, or used to train models by us.

System permissions系统权限
The App may request these macOS permissions:
本应用可能请求以下 macOS 系统权限：
- Microphone: To record your local voice.
- Screen Recording: To capture system audio (remote meeting audio). Required by macOS for system sound capture.
- Files: To save recordings and transcripts to folders you choose.
- 麦克风：录制你的本地发言。
- 屏幕录制：采集系统播放的声音（会议远端音频）。这是 macOS 采集系统音频所需权限。
- 文件访问：将录音与转写结果保存到你选择的文件夹。
You can revoke permissions anytime in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Network网络连接
Core recording and transcription do not require an internet connection. The App does not send your meeting content to our servers.
Meetloom 的核心录音与转写功能不需要互联网连接。 本应用不会主动向我们的服务器发送你的会议内容。
Retention & deletion数据保留与删除
- Exported WAV / TXT files are managed by you in Finder.
- In-app session cache can be removed by deleting the App or clearing related folders.
- After uninstalling, sandbox data is cleared per system policy (App Group files may be removed manually).
- 导出的 WAV / TXT 文件由你自行管理，可在 Finder 中删除。
- 应用内的会话缓存可通过删除应用或清理相关文件夹移除。
- 卸载应用后，沙盒内数据将随系统策略清除（App Group 内残留文件也可手动删除）。
Children儿童隐私
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。
Changes政策变更
We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you in the App or via App Store release notes.
我们可能会更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本将发布在本页面，并修改「最后更新」日期。 重大变更时，我们可能在应用内或通过 App Store 更新说明告知你。
